Website Packages

Basic Website: You just need a basic web presence and not much more. Low cost is most important.

Standard Website: You understand the importance of a visually pleasing website with a \”feel\” that matches your business. Affordability is still a fairly important factor.

Custom Website: A custom, creative, unique design that delivers a \”wow\” effect to your customers is the goal. You are interested in giving the appearance of \”high quality\” and \”professionalism\” to your customers in a way that they don\’t see everyday.

Design

The design of a website is key to creating a pleasant experience for your customers. We believe that good websites not only look good but they also have meaningful content that is easy to find and which guides customers toward your marketing goals. That\’s why we thoroughly get to know your business so that we can design a site that will make you money.

We can assist your new business or existing business in creating a successful and consistent brand so that your website matches your other marketing materials (business cards, signs, brochures, etc.). Visit our print design page to learn more. 

Process

1. Design Brief – Conduct an interview with client and listen to their goals and needs. Filling out our Website Survey is helpful (look at the bottom of this page).

2. Develop Estimate & Timetable – We work efficiently with clients in developing successful websites within budgets and time constraints. After the client approves the estimate and before we initiate work we request a 50% deposit, with the balance billed at the completion of the project.

3. Design Phase – This includes research, brainstorming, collecting resources, conceptual sketches, and computer mock ups.

4. Present to Client – Meet with client or email the website design(s) to client for review.

5. Build Website – Apply client feedback to the design. Build the website and add content.

6. Finalize – Show website to client, receive feedback and make any final changes.

7. Back-end Programming – Add SEO, analytics and tags.

8. Launch Website – Set up hosting.

8. Training – Teach client how to edit and maintain the website.

(In order to save you money, a Basic Website will skip steps 3 and 4.)

Cost & Payment

Gibbs Graphics provides big city service at small town prices.

We offer three levels of websites with a variety of add-on features therefore it is nearly impossible to post all of the prices. Feel free to email us and we can reply with a quote.

We offer free consultations. During the consultation we will discuss your needs, conduct a survey of your wants, and address any questions you may have about costs. After the consultation and survey we will email a quote to you (usually within a day or two). Upon approval of the quote and before we initiate work, we request a 50% deposit, with the balance billed at the completion of the project. 

Our preferred method of receiving payment is by check, however we can accept credit cards as well.

Our hourly rate is $80/hour. We have a minimum charge of $20. All outstanding balances over 30 days past due may incur a late fee.

Website hosting and domain name registration are separate fees. See Website Hosting Packages at bottom of page.

Billable time includes designing, website development, phone calls, emails, consultations (other than the initial free consultation), research, edits & revisions, tech support, and client training sessions.

To save our designers’ and developers\’ time you may be asked to communicate via our office manager who will ensure that your project gets the full attention it deserves. 

Although very rare, quotes are subject to change. You will be notified if a project is anticipated to go above the initial quote.

Things that may cause a price increase:  

• Requesting excessive rounds of revisions. 
• Sending us content (text or images) that are not well organized and easy to understand.
• Excessive emails, communication, or meeting time with designers. 
• Requesting additional services.
• Unforeseeable changes.

Once payment is complete, the website and the full copy rights of the design are turned over to the client. We are always available to help edit and maintain your website. Edits and maintenance will be billed at our hourly rate. See Website Hosting Packages at bottom of page for details on monthly maintenance plans.
