The logo or design on your garment is an important first step in the process of garment decorating. We can assist you and advise you of the best and most cost effective way to produce your design.

After the design, we will work together to choose a style of t-shirt or other garment. Then we’ll need to break down the garment sizes and color(s) desired and figure out the total quantity and find the best price break.

After that we can create a work order and a quote for you. We need to receive a 50% down payment and then they are off to print.

Cost & Payment

Design and file set up + garment price + printing price = total cost

There are considerable price breaks as the order quantity increases. Our minimum order is 12.

We offer competitive prices. How do we do it? We do a lot of orders and get a great deal on the garments. We have wholesale relationships with several screen printers and direct-to-garment printers, and we know where to send your garments to get the best possible pricing.

Please drop in, call, or email us for a free estimate. Stopping by our office in person is best so that we can flip through catalogs and you can feel different types of fabrics.

After you have approved the quote and work order and before we initiate work we request a 50% deposit, with the balance due when the garments are in your hands.

Our preferred method of receiving payment is by check, however we can accept credit cards as well.

Screen Printing vs. DTG

Screen printing is a process that involves pushing ink through a woven mesh stencil onto fabric. The stencil opening creates the space through which the ink will go, to create the design. The ink is then pushed over the mesh and then pulled by a squeegee. As the squeegee is pulled, the ink is pushed through the mesh and onto the garment.

Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

How long do they last?

We know the best types of fabric and the best type of ink to make your garments last as long as you would expect a good quality shirt to last. A well pulled and cured screen print can last longer than the shirt itself.

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing will fade sooner and wear off sooner than screen printing, but it is a great option if you want many colors in the design.

How long does it take to get my shirts?

Generally it\’s 10-14 days after we\’ve received a down payment and you have approved the work order. The timing can be speedier if needed, and there may be a rush charge required. We have been known to complete large orders in just a couple of days!

Can I get different color shirts?

Yes, that is possible. We recommend keeping the garment colors to a bare minimum though so that it\’s easier to stock a full selection and it helps keep your business brand consistent. However, as long as the same design works for printing on different color garments then there is no added charge for different colored garments. Please note that a design that works well on a dark colored shirt will often not look good on a light colored shirt and vice versa. Also, a design fit for an adult shirt won\’t always fit on youth shirts.

Warning, it\’s not always possible to get all sizes in all colors and in all styles because our supplier is occasionally out of stock of certain items.
